200g green peas
2 medium size potatoes
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger
1 pinch of chilly
Salt & Pepper
Peel and boil the potatoes until cook. Smash and let them cool down.
Cut the tempeh into small pieces or grated. You can also use yourhands to divide the beans. Add the spices,1/2 glass of water, salt and pepper and leave to marinate for at least 10/15 minutes.
Create a mixture with mashed potatoes,tempeh, peas and some chopped onion. Mix well and check if enough seasoned.
With wet hands, make balls. If the mixture is struggling to stay together, add some chickpea flour to keep them gluten-free.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or fry in oil for about 5 minutes.
