STRAWBERRY & RHUBARB SMOOTHIE

Ingredients for 3 glasses:

200 ml coconut milk
125 gr strawberry
80 gr rhubarbs
1 tbspagave syrup

Direction:

Peel a bit the rhubarb to remove the hard fiber outside. Then boil in water for 3-4 minutes and immediately cool them down in water with some ice cubes.

When cold, put in a blender toghether with the other ingredients
Blend until smooth.

Serve cold.
