50g soy cream
1 tbsp brown sugar or other sweetener
2 tsps cornstarch
250 ml soy milk
Blend the strawberries with the cream.
Add soy milk, sugar and cornstarch and mix well. When it is smooth and without lumps, put on the heat and continue stirring until the cream thickens.
For a stronger strawberry flavor you can substitute part of the milk with strawberry juice.
