Right of Cancellation for Physical Products

You are entitled to cancel your order of physical products within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so, in accordance with Article 7:230o of the Dutch Civil Code.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the date you receive the goods or from the date a third party you have appointed, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can contact us via e-mail at info@veganbearchef.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

• To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.

• The goods are in the original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Goods

• You do not have the right to return:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (Article 7:230p, section f BW).

• Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., perishable goods or those with an expired date).

• Goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that were unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of goods that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy for Workshops and Classes

For workshops and classes, you may request cancellation and a refund up to 72 hours before the activity is scheduled to take place.

If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the activity, no refund will be issued; however, you may reschedule the activity in agreement with Vegan Bear Chef.

Failure to attend the activity without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any right to cancellation, rescheduling, or refund.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
