PORTOBELLO STEAKS

Ingredients:

FOR the STEAKS
4 Portobello
2 garlic cloves
Extra vergin olive oil
Salt & Pepper

FOR the DRESSING
5 tbsp soy yogurt
½ squeezed lemon 3 sun-dried tomato
1 tsp capers
Salt & Pepper

Direction:

Roast the whole mushrooms in a pan at high temperature with a little oil and the garlic clove, about 3 minutes per side.
Season with salt and pepper.

Mince the capers and the dried tomatoes, and add them to the plantbased yogurt. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Remove the Portobello from the pan and cut into slices obliquely.
Plate and season with the yogurt cream.
Serve warm.
