PINEAPPLE BREAD

Healthy breckfast bread full of protein and taste!

Ingredients:

220g White flour
100g Whole grain flour
80g Oat meal
180g Pineapple + 2 slices for decoration
70g Sugar cane
300 ml coconut milk
70 ml Sunflower oil
15g Baking powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
Optional: almond flakes

Direction:

Cut the pineapple in small pieces but save 2 slices for decoration.
Place the other ingredientds in a bowl and mix well, until you get a uniform batter.
Add the pineapple cubes.

Line a rectangular tray with baking paper and set the batter into it.
With the last pineapple, decorate the surface and sprinkle with some almond flakes.

Bake for about 50 minutes at 180°C and leave to cool before serving.

If your are using the pineapple in syrup, you can use 150 ml of that juice and only 150 ml of cocunut milk. In this case, reduce to 40g. the amount of sugar...
