Party time!! Share plant-based tacos with your friends!



250g Lupins
1 carrot
2 shallots
2 garlic cloves
1 splash red wine
5 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
8-10 Soft tortillas
Corn, fresh tomato and red onion for the salsa
Iceberg salad
Extra vergin olive oil
Salt & Pepper


In a saucepan heat a little oil and fry finely chopped shallot, garlic and carrot.
Peel and grind the lupins or coarsely grate it, then add it to the pan.
Add salt and pepper and after a couple of minutes a splash with redwine. Allow it to evaporate, then add the tomato sauce and other spices.

Cook for about 20/25 minutes. Add water or vegetable stock to keep it moist.

Prepare a salsa chopping in small cubes tomato and onion and adding some corn. Season well. Thinly slice some iceberg salad.

Worm up the soft tortilla and compose the tacos!!
