300g white flour
1 tbps cornstarch
280g sparkling water
1 pinch of salt
3 tbps lemon juice
80 ml sunlower oil
15 gr baking powder
1 pinch of baking soda
zest of 1 ½ lemon
In a big bowl combine flour, yeast, sugar, baking soda and lemon zest.
Mix well then add oil, lemon juice and sparkling water.
Stir until obtaining a homogeneous batter.
Put in a oiled cake tray and bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
Allow to cool down completely.
Then, stuff and decore with strawberry cream and fresh strawberries.
