300g Pasta
½ Red peppers
½ Yellow peppers
½ Green peppers
150g Smoked Tofu
2 tbsp Soy sauce
½ tsp smoked paprika
Extra vergin olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Cut the tofu in cubes and the peppers into strips.
Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the tofu with soy sauce and smoked paprika.
When it seems roasted, add the peppers, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about ten minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of boiling water, and cook the pasta al dente. Remember to add salt to the water!
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce.
Keep on fire for a couple of minutes.
Add chives to taste or some nutritional yeast
