300g silk tofu
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 pinches of salt
1 tbsp Extravergin olive oil
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix till super smooth.
If necessary, add a splash water or extra oil.
That’s a perfect base to be spread on sandwiches!!
Add fresh herbs, spices or nuts to make different combinations! The orange one, for example is with a tea spoon of tomato paste and some tabasco, and the yellow, is with a pinch of turmeric and roasted onion!
