1 sheet of vegan puff pastry
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
Extra vergin olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Boil the asparagus in salty water for 3 minutes them put immediately in cold water. Dry with a clean towel.
Obtain from the puff pastry some strips of about 2 cm.
Roll the puff pastry strips on the asparagus and place them on a tray with baking paper.
Brush the surface with olive oil and and sprinkle a pinch of salt and sesame seeds.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve little hot or at room temperature!
