ASPARAGUS BAGEL

A seasonal and super healthy sandwich!

Ingredients:

2 Bagels
6 Asparagus
Lamb’s Salad
3-4 tbsp of your favourite spread
Extra vergin olive oil
Salt & Pepper

Direction:

Boil the Asparagus for 3-4 minutes and immediately cool them down in water with some ice cubes. Cut in half for length.

Prepare or simply use your favourite spread. I made a creamy acai pesto.
Toast the bagel and open in the middle.

Compose your sandwich: spread the cream on the bread, put some lamb’s salad, add the asparagus seasoned with salt and pepper.

Dress with a bit of oil.
